Cancellation policy

At Vamp we require 48hrs notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. This is to ensure that someone on the waiting list has the opportunity to make themselves available for the appointment at short notice.

Cancellations or changes to appointments received within less than 48 hours will lose their 50% deposit. If this happens, a new 50% deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
 

Rescheduling

Please be aware that often we don't have the availability to fit you back in for a few weeks when you need to book in. 
 

Deposits

All treatments require a 50% non refundable deposit. Deposits must be paid upon booking. This deposit confirms your appointment. 

This will then act as a rolling deposit from month to month so you will continue to pay as normal each month until such a time where perhaps you decide not to come then you would cash in your deposit and pay the remaining of your final treatment with us. 

 

Junior bookings

We are happy to take bookings from teenagers (under 16). However a parent or guardian will be required to be in attendance whilst the treatment is carried out.

 

Valuables

Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

 

Our Loyalty Card

Your Loyalty card must not be transferred to a third party. Points can only be redeemed on certain treatments. Your Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Vamp reserves the right to without notice: a. terminate the scheme b. decline to issue Loyalty cards c. withdraw or cancel the loyalty card or points collected d. alter or amend the terms & conditions of the scheme.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only Tuesday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

 

Price Alteration

Please note that prices are subject to variation and the management reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

 

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

 

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

 

Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

 

Children

Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

 

Hygiene

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. 

 

Payment

Most credit and debit Cards are accepted and cash. All prices include value added tax at the current rate.

 

Patch Testing

A patch test is required 48hrs before HD Brows, LVL and all tinting treatments.
